Natural skin treatment with red grapes

Mother Nature as always has the answer for everything. In a previous post I talked to you about a skin antioxidant treatment that got me very enthusiastic: wine therapy

Again, red grapes give us another taste of their rejuvenating power: grape micronized is a powder of Cavernet Sauvignon grapes that are left to try to keep their properties: anti-aging treatment Cavernet Sauvignon.

And what does it do?

Stops free radicals, the cause of skin aging, restores collagen and elastin fibers, and improves the surrounding blood circulation.

Red grapes has a high content of polyphenols, procyanidolic oligomers (grapeseed extract) and anthocyanosides, substances responsible for grapes antioxidant properties, much powerful then vitamin E’s.

Red grapes treatment can be sued for skins of all ages. Depending on the type of skin where it is applied, it can take only one session. Effects are immediate, and satisfaction is max.

Among the red grape treatments you can find are:

  • Antiaging body massage: they use red grape oil, and nut and almond oil.
  • Antiaging face massage: they use a cream made of red grape virgin oil, hazelnut, wheat germ and rosehip.
  • Face peeling: made of red grape micronized, Chardonnay grape seed oil, rosehip and essential oils.
  • Face pack: red grape micronized, antiaging red grape wrap and lemon blossom, which has a high reaffirming properties.

Don’t miss tomorrow’s post of natural skin treatments with coffee.

Celebrity beauty secrets: Nicole Kidman

Nicole Kidman has gotten so much gorgeous looking –and famous- over the years: Botox, anyone. But hell! She looks splendid and flawless as snow.

Though too icy for my taste, Nicole does look great, and what’s her beauty secret? She gets microinjections of revitalizing and bio stimulating substances that help her skin produce more collagen and elastin (protein of the connective tissue).

These skin injections restore the volume and contour of her face, neck, cleavage and hands in a natural looking way.

Surely you have wondered how come we have never seen Nicole Kidman tanned as most tanorexic celebrities do these days. The fact is that Nicole looks after skin very much because her complexion is particularly delicate and she presented early signs of cancer on one of her legs after too much sun exposure.

For this reason, Nicole never leaves home without applying first a skin protection cream, and for her firy red hair she uses natural pack made of yogurt, banana, honey and wheat germ.

4 gold rules to prevent skin aging

Better than surgery, Botox or any other treatment natural skin care from early age can do the job greatly. It does require dedication and perseverance, but results make it all worthy.
Here, 4 rules to take care of your skin by natural means:

  1. Eat well: by this we mean eating food rich in antioxidants, vitamins C and E as berries, blueberries, strawberries. It is also important to eat food with omega 3 as fish (tuna, sardines, salmon, halibut, etc.) flaxseed and walnuts.

  2. Drink a lot of water: you might have heard about drinking 8 glasses of water a day. But why is that? Because it helps cleansing and moisturizing your skin, removes toxins, increases energy and concentration, and aids with digestion and weight loss.

Wash your face in the morning and evening to keep it healthy and glowing with a neutral ph soap or cleanser, free of alcohol and drying components.

  3. Moisturize often: apply moisturizing products twice a day on your face and neck, especially around the eyes and mouth. As skin grows old it looses elasticity and wrinkles start appearing.

Look for products with special anti-aging ingredients such as vitamins A, C and E, retinol, peptides, coenzyme Q10, alpha hydroxy acids and EGCG (also found in green tea). In addition to this, exfoliate your skin with a scrub, this gets rid of dead skin cells and leaves your skin younger and softer.

  4. Protect your skin against the sun: excessive sun exposure causes dryness, spots and wrinkles, and in worse cases, skin cancer. Even in winter UV rays can affect your skin; therefore it is necessary you sue moisturizer, sunscreen and products containing SPF 15 or higher. In summer, it’s preferable you wear sunglasses and a hat.
