How to buy shoes according to your feet

It is not surprising that women are podiatrists’ most frequent patients since high heels are the worst enemy of feet bones, joints, tendons and nerves.

Bunions, blisters, hammer toes, feet pain, circulatory problems and spinal deformities are all due to using the wrong shoes.

Fashion caprices aside, women do not know how to buy shoes because they do not know what their foot type and what type of shoes is suitable for them.

Greek foot

Big toe is the longest and the others follow it in decreasing order.

It is the most affected type of feet by high heels.

Egyptian foot

The second toe is longer than the big toe.

Rounded toe shoes suit them best.

Polynesian or square foot

Toes are about the same height and size.

High heel are not so bad for this foot type, though it is better to avoid wide width shoes.
