Celebrity Slim down: How Britney got her body back

Britney Spears is sporting a hot bod again! After all the drama she’s been through, that included and shocking body metamorphose that made us wonder, “where was the sexy fit girl that gave the drools back in the late 90’s?”

Well, she is no longer a teen but she’s a sexy mamma again, and how the heck she did it?

As she told OK! Magazine in an exclusive interview, Britney managed to loose 12 pounds in 3 days thanks to a 100% sugar free diet. Yes no refined sugar, not even fruits nor fruit juice for the “Toxic” singer.

She has chicken, salmon, rice and avocado. She has egg whites for breakfast and sometimes turkey hamburgers for lunch. A day she has around 1200 calories. Not enough for you? Well, according to Britney it is enough for her if you eat the right food.

And of course, since no weight loss plan is complete without workout, Mrs. Spears does dancing and goes regularly to the gym: cardio exercises and weight lifting 5 times a week. Huh, you think you can keep up with that?

Celebrity beauty secrets: Demi Moore

If you ever watched Charlie's Angels Full Throttle one of the most astounding moments of the flick –probably the best- is when Demi Moore comes out of the sea looking incredibly fit and slim as Cameron, Lucy and Drew.

And how does a 45-year-old mother of three manage to look that way? Plastic surgery, much? Of course, cosmetic surgery has a LOT to do with it, but surgery can’t last forever babies.

She went to Austria looking for a natural beauty treatment that consisted on getting stung by bloodsucking leeches. But don’t think wrong: Demi’s leeches are not any kind of leeches; they are medically trained animals that contain an enzyme that is good for your blood.

Beauty tips of Bollywood Divas

It’s no secret that celebrities all over the world get a full enhancement job through surgical and non-surgical treatments, besides all the Photoshop airbrush for magazine covers and even on the silver screen they have some touch-up.

However, this doesn’t take from them the credit of their effort for keeping up with natural beauty tips, as outstandingly Bollywood actresses do:

Her best feature: Her glowing and flawless Oliver-complexion.

What she does? she drinks hot water with lemon every morning to clear her skin. In addition, she uses cucumbers to relieve her skin, and she drinks the 8 compulsory glasses of water a day to wash away toxins and keep her energetic.


Shilpa Shetty

Her best feature: Her fit body

What she does? Diets don’t go with her, she eats a lot, but she does work out 2 hours a day at her home gym. She doesn’t drink any coffee, tea or cold drinks, but slightly warm water instead.


Kareena Kapoor

Her best feature: Her slim and slender figure.

What she does? she’s naturally thin, but she keeps her weight thanks to Yoga classes and follows a vegetarian diet she thanks for her clean and clear skin.

What she does? Again, she drinks a lot of water; she eats papaya and practices Yoga to keep a healthy state of mind. She doesn’t drink or smoke either.
