Oily skin treatment: Stop being shiny face

Oily skin is the excess of grease on your skin, characteristic of your teens. However, stress and hormonal imbalance can trigger excess of oil in your skin for many ahead.

The deal with skin oil is that it is the start point of acne, though; having greasy face is not synonym of acne problems. Oily skin is the one that produces has the following characteristics:

• Produces too much skin oil.
• Thicker than normal skin.
• Feels “oily” when you touch it.
• Conspicuous pores.
• Has a yellowish-grey tone.

The excess of grease in the “T-area” (forehead, nose and chin) can unchain a series of skin problems, such as shiny face, bumps, blackheads, etc.

So, once you notice the first sign of too much oil on your face, it is time for an oily skin treatment: the rule of thumb is: DO NOT TOUCH YOUR FACE, it gets your skin worse.

For cleaning your skin, you have to pursue the decrease of grease and bacteria, therefore: hands off! Do not use soap and wash your face too many times a day: 2 or 3 at most, since this releases comedogenic (blackheads) fatty acids on the skin surface.

A fine way to get rid of the glow on your face is using oil absorbing sheets that quickly get rid of the shine, reabsorbing the excess of oil leaving no debris and no ruining your makeup!
